It was verified that the CMP and GTM did not comply with the regulations, compromising the quality of the data collected and exposing the company to fines from the authorities
We have reviewed the configuration of the cookies present within the Didomì platform, the related categories and the correct parameterization of the platform when users accept cookies
We linked the tags to the related cookie categories by modifying and revising the entire GTM structure to ensure compliance with the regulations
By reviewing the structure and hierarchy of tags within the site and re-establishing the correct implementation of the tracking plan, we have solved the critical issues that were affecting the reading of the data. Finally, through a quality assessment, we were able to understand their truthfulness and determine their reliability
