The Global Alliance is an independent global alliance made up of several companies and institutions working in the energy field, and aims to address the emergency linked to climate change
The Global Alliance needed to create a website capable of communicating the founding values of the alliance and transmitting them through a modern and dynamic digital communication. One of the main difficulties was also the company’s ability to coordinate a consortium of 17 founding companies so that all were represented within the project
To meet the customer's need, where on the one hand there was the need to create a site that was up to par and on the other hand to coordinate the seventeen companies and institutions, we guided the execution of the project using our experts in Project Management
To optimize execution times, we used the ‘Agile’ method by dividing the development phase within ‘Sprints’, which saw the repetition of planning, design, development, testing and launch. This allowed to speed up the construction of the site and to optimize the work of the different workstreams
Given the high number of players involved in the project (17 between companies and institutions), their distance and time difference (4 different continents) and the need to respond to different requests, it was necessary to focus the project on Project Management, through the use of support tools such as the Raci Matrix and the Gantt Chart, as well as extremely detailed reporting work
